Unveiling the Innovative CTX Tandem Tool
CERTEX Lifting is thrilled to announce the launch of our Lifting Solution Group's latest innovation - the CTX Tandem Tool. This revolutionary product redefines how we use chain hoists, maximizing their potential like never before.
The CTX Tandem Tool is a game-changer, allowing users to create multiple approved lifting points with a single chain hoist. Despite its lightweight design of just 1.25kg, it boasts a powerful lifting capacity of 2 x 270kg. The tool has been developed in-house by CERTEX's expert engineering team and is ASME and CE-approved, ensuring safety and reliability.
The Tandem Tool has already won customers' trust in the Renewables industry. However, its versatility extends far beyond, making it suitable for various contexts where chain hoists are used to lift loads.
The CTX Tandem Tool is designed to provide additional approved lifting points to a chain hoist. It allows you to lift several separate loads with the same chain hoist, using the hoist chain as a daisy chain. If you need to lift many loads, you can easily add more Tandem Tools to the same chain and thus lift more efficiently. However, it's important to note that the lifting capacity of the hoist must not be exceeded.
The Tandem Tool is designed to interlock with the chain of the hoist. Using the hoist's original mechanical or electrical height stop is recommended. The loading and unloading process is simple and efficient, making operations smoother and safer.
Compared to a conventional lifting scenario, the ground does not have to be prepared to store items before lifting. They can be directly loaded on the lifting point and then raised. Compared to an "x-mas tree" setup, the tandem setup allows easy fit in the hatch. Unlike a "Daisy-chain" setup, each item can be raised to the ideal unloading height, avoiding heavy lifts from low points.
Upgrade your lifting experience with the CTX Tandem Tool and make your operations smoother, more efficient, and safer. Experience the future of lifting and rigging with CERTEX Lifting.
